plaça guillemo is obviously created stealing the space from one of very few busy streets, actually more like a roads, thrue the andorra de vella, capital of andora. it is not very pleasant space, it is not even well used but even with this in mind it is very well maintained and precious.
notice that even with such a shortage of available space to built you will not see any "crazy" tall buldings anywhere on this square, 4-5 or 6 stores that's it. you feel that you belong here.
