this relatively recent urban development in the prime location of downtown toronto was designed with the idea to bring new “energy” into an area that was becoming progressively worse. the intention was to create a space with the potential of fulfilling needs of pedestrians.

This panorama was submitted for the world wide panorama event in 2005
it was done with different events orgainized very often as well as building a parking garage underneath the entire square. all the surrounding buildings are "decorated" with enourmous number of advertising screens and the result is a hybrid between real human energy and the energy of the cyber world.
