Flatiron Building is probably the most photographed sight in the whole city of Toronto. This red-brick building was completed in 1892. On this day of traditional Santa Claus Parade streets around it are closed for traffic, full of people, waiting for Santa. More photos from this event on our photoblog.

   We live here, some 150m away in the straight line, by our favourite St. Lawrence Market.

Our favourite cinema is located in the Market Street and numerous other historic building in the part of the city called Old City Toronto, the only area with real "spirit of the place' [genius loci]. In the last year we made numerous photos of street art, some of them in the area.

   In November 2023 we were invited by the organizers of the 4th World Congress of Psychogeography to participate. Our walk along Church St. was our contribution. Flatiron building is located in the intersection of Front and Church Street and our stating point for this psychogeography walk was right here.
