This charming little plaça in Barri Gotic [area within ancient roman city walls] is with all traditional elements, including public well with drinking water, restaurant and several little stores with unknown content. In Barcelona store windows are closed with nontransparent metal shutters, often decorated with quite artistic graffiti.

   When closed, especially during August when locals are on vacation, we were constantly puzzled with what is inside.

One day, late at night, while having coffee and perfectly legal cannabis tea in a small caffe [small photo right], owner of the next door store came, open the shutters and first time in a month we found out that pharmacy was inside. It was 11:30 in the evening?

   Plaça is very popular with locals, they park their bicycles and scooters here, hang out, or just observe strictly pedestrian traffic.
