beautiful university town of delft has a lot of very well preserved urban ambients. one of the best is this square in the past used as an animal market. in the close proximity is delft famous flee market and lot of other attractions. oldest building still standing is the one on the small photo left, from 1585. numerous cafes and restaurants, in the shade of mature plane trees, with very large selection of menus, is making it very pleasant and energizing social place.
